Natural Disaster Order Of Importance

Thadd's is available to our Contract Customers all year and any time an issue arrises. Please Feel Free to call us any time you need us.
However during the event of natural disasters We Reserve The Right to use the following chain of events.
1. When Known Storms are approaching, Thadd's will close down to allow for our Techs to secure their homes and Families days prior to storm hit.
a. Before this time an evaluation of our customer database will be made and customers who have WiFi monitoring will be checked remotely while customers who do not Have WiFi monitoring will be contacted. Arrangments will be made to make sure your system is up and running just before storm hits.
b. We will attemt to reach every customer before storm hits to ensure system functionality.
2. During Storms/ Natural Disasters our Techs will NOT be available to make repairs nor answer service calls.
3. Once Storm/Natural Disaster passes and its safe to do so we will contact Thadd's Techs and secure them and their families and asses any damage they may have. Make the proper decisions to secure them and their Families arranging temporary housing and provisions if need be.

4. After all Techs are accounted for and Safe Thadd's will then start the process of contacting our contract customers to be sure they are up and running and safe and then begin getting techs out to our customers who need us. WiFi Monitored customers will not be contacted unless we see issues remotely. Non-WiFi monitored customers will recieve calls from us in an attempt to check their situation.
5. After our Techs and Contract Customers are all Safe, Secure & Accounted for, and Generators are up and running we will then turn our efforts to those who have Generators but are not our customers.
